About

I am Taylor Hintz, born and raised with my six (6) siblings in Eastern Michigan. We grew up in the Metro Detroit area before moving to the countryside where I spent the remainder of my childhood. Upon completing high school, I did some traveling. Initially, I moved to California, then Minnesota, before deciding on settling in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where I purchased my very first home. After residing in Colorado for four (4) years, I thought it was time for a new adventure, and finally planted my feet in the beautiful city of St. Petersburg, Florida, where I began my career in real estate.

Ever since high school, I have been within the customer service industry and actively involved in animal care initiatives. I worked across several veterinary clinics and other animal care facilities prior to taking a position at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo in Colorado Springs while pursuing a degree in Wildlife Biology and Filmmaking. Customer service and animal care are very important to me, and I constantly strive to leave a meaningful impact within those spaces whenever possible.

I chose to pursue a career in real estate (in part) due to my personal experience when I purchased my first home. I vividly recall the immense joy it brought me, in addition to my realtor ensuring that the entire process went smoothly. I would love to be a part of this milestone for others by helping them find that “dream home” of their own, making that journey as seamless as possible while also integrating them in becoming a part of the community.

I settled on St. Petersburg because I love what the city offers in terms of nightlife, restaurants, and its proximity to beaches. Being keen on photography and the city’s wildlife is another bonus for me. In addition to photography, I am an avid beach goer, I enjoy working out, as well as exploring the city with my 4-year-old husky Atlas.
