I am Kendrick Lee, born and raised in the beautiful community of Cape Cod, Massachusetts, in a small town called West Yarmouth. I remain true to my Boston sports teams, but I have also come to call Florida my home.
I moved to Florida in 2007, and subsequently to the Tampa area in 2014, where I attended the University of Tampa. My favorite thing about the Tampa area would have to be that there is always something to do, and I have enjoyed discovering many of the hidden gems the area has to offer.
I have spent most of my professional life within the casino industry, from dealing Blackjack to running the hotel operations, and I love interacting with people. Working with people has always been a passion of mine, I love forming connections with others and learning their story as it helps in the realization that as a people, we truly are more similar than we are different.
I decided to start my career in real estate primarily because of my personal experience when I bought my first home. It was a very challenging process to navigate, but my realtor was a huge help in reducing that burden, ultimately securing me the home that I wanted. After my experience, I knew that I wanted to help others similar in their homeownership journey as I was, ultimately achieving their real estate goals.
Traveling has been another major passion of mine; my girlfriend and I are striving to go to all 50 states in the U.S. and thus far have been to 10. Outside of my professional life, you can find me at the bowling alley, Top Golf, walking nature trails, or relaxing by the pool with my friends or family.
