Hillsborough County Statistics

  • Median Prices of Single-Family Homes sold for $427,111 in September 2023, a 2.9% increase compared to the same month last year. In September 2022, single family homes sold for $415,000.
  • Median Prices of Townhouses & Condos – In September 2022, prices were $282,500. However, in September 2023, prices are now $295,000 indicating a 4.4% increase.
  • Inventory for Single Family Homes fell by 15.2%. Inventory in September 2022 reflected 3,698 homes for sale, however, inventory in September 2023 reflects 3,135 homes for sale.
  • Inventory for Townhouses and Condos grew by 14.9%. Inventory in September 2022 reflected 919 listings, however, inventory in September 2023 reflects 1,056 listings.
  • Total sales for Single Family Homes in September 2022, was 1,177. In September 2023, total sales for single family homes increased to 1,296, a 10.1% increase.
  • Total sales for Townhouses and Condos in September 2022, was 373. In September 2023, total sales for single family homes increased to 390, a 4.6% increase.

  • Inventory for Single Family Homes fell by 1%. Inventory in September 2022 reflected 1,921 homes for sale, however, inventory in September 2023 reflects 1,901 homes for sale.
