Hillsborough County Statistics

  • Single Family Homes sold for $430,000 in July 2023, a 1.8% decrease compared to the same month last year. In July 2022, single family homes sold for $437.750.
  • Median Prices of Townhouses & Condos – In July 2022, prices were $301,628. In July 2023, prices are now $300,000 indicating a 0.5% decrease.
  • Inventory for Single Family Homes fell by 24%. Inventory in July 2022 reflected 3,487 homes for sale, however, inventory in July 2023 reflects 2,651 homes for sale.
  • Inventory for Townhouses and Condos grew by 7.5%. Inventory in July 2022 reflected 827 listings, however, inventory in July 2023 reflects 889 listings.
  • Total sales for Single Family Homes in July 2022, was 1,605. In July 2023, total sales for single family homes dropped to 1,377, a 14.2% decrease.
  • Total sales for Townhouses and Condos in July 2022, was 474. In July 2023, total sales for single family homes decreased to 417, a 12% decline.

  • Inventory for Single Family Homes fell by 23.5%. Inventory in July 2022 reflected 1,935 homes for sale, however, inventory in July 2023 reflects 1,480 homes for sale.
  • Inventory for Townhouses and Condos grew by 51.3%. Inventory in July 2022 reflected 1,212 listings, however, inventory in July 2023 reflects 1,834 listings.
  • Total sales for Single Family Homes in July 2022, was 846. In July 2023, total sales for single family homes increased to 882, a 4.3% increase.
  • Total sales for Townhouses and Condos in July 2022, was 603. In July 2023, total sales for single family homes decreased to 586, a 2.8% decline.

Pasco County Statistics 

  • Single Family Homes sold for $381,000 in July 2022. In July 2023, single family homes sold for $380,995, a 0.0% change.
  • Median Prices of Townhouses & Condos – In July 2022, prices were $297,000. However, in July 2023, prices are now $297,500 indicating a 0.2% increase.
  • Inventory for Single Family Homes fell by 17.1%. Inventory in July 2022 reflected 1,785 homes for sale, however, inventory in July 2023 reflects 1,479 homes for sale.
  • Inventory for Townhouses and Condos grew by 28.5%. Inventory in July 2022 reflected 333 listings, however, inventory in July 2023 reflects 428 listings.
  • Total sales for Single Family Homes in July 2022, was 882. In July 2023, total sales for single family homes decreased to 880, a 0.2% decline.
  • Total sales for Townhouses and Condos in July 2022, was 183. In July 2023, total sales for single family homes increased to 219, a 19.7% increase.
