Pinellas County Statistics – single family homes sold for $445,000 in March 2023, a 2.3% increase compared to the same month last year. In March 2022, single family homes sold for $435,000.

Median Prices of Townhouses & Condos – In March 2022, prices were $275,000. However, in March 2023, prices are now $290,000 indicating a 5.5% increase.

Inventory for Single Family Homes grew by 91.3%. Inventory in March 2022 reflected 803 homes for sale, however, inventory in March 2023 reflects 1,536 homes for sale.

Inventory for Townhouses and Condos grew by 200%. Inventory in March 2022 reflected 621 listings, however, inventory in March 2023 reflects 1,863 listings.

Total sales for Single Family Homes in March 2022, was 1,190. In March 2023, total sales for single family homes decreased to 1,072, a 9.9% decline.

Total sales for Townhouses and Condos in March 2022, was 961. In March 2023, total sales for single family homes decreased to 807, a 16% decline.

Pasco County Statistics – single family homes sold for $370,000 in March 2022. In March 2023, single family homes sold for $370,000, no changes.

Median Prices of Townhouses & Condos – In March 2022, prices were $269,500. However, in March 2023, prices are now $289,900 indicating a 7.6% increase.

Inventory for Single Family Homes grew by 130.5%. Inventory in March 2022 reflected 668 homes for sale, however, inventory in March 2023 reflects 1,540 homes for sale.

Inventory for Townhouses and Condos grew by 300%. Inventory in March 2022 reflected 111 listings, however, inventory in March 2023 reflects 444 listings.

Total sales for Single Family Homes in March 2022, was 1,145. In March 2023, total sales for single family homes decreased to 1,005, a 12.2% decline.

Total sales for Townhouses and Condos in March 2022, was 250. In March 2023, total sales for single family homes increased to 235, a 6% decrease.
