Building the Next Generation of Real Estate Marketing Leaders
Utilizing a servant leadership approach, Paul builds and guides marketing teams to deliver results. With more than 15 years of experience as a mortgage and real estate executive, Paul is passionate about sharing his knowledge across all eXp World Holdings marketing teams to build the next generation of real estate marketing leaders.
Paul has coordinated international marketing efforts to help drive eXp’s global expansion, resulting in growing the agent count from 58,000 agents in 16 countries in July 2021 to more than 82,000 agents in 21 countries in June 2022.
He also led the eXp Realty marketing team that launched the eXp Partner Program, which offers eXp agents and their clients an end-to-end marketplace solution for all of their homebuying and selling needs.
Raising More Than $600K for a Joint Initiative With New Story
In 2021, Paul successfully led eXp Realty’s agents and staff to raise more than $600,000 for a joint initiative with New Story to fund the building of 100 homes in Morelos, Mexico. The eXp fundraising effort began in May 2021 as a response to a 7.1-magnitude earthquake that devastated Morelos, Mexico in September of 2017.
In June 2022, he traveled with eXp Realty leadership and an agent to the region to see the homes that the donations made possible. Glenn Sanford, eXp World Holdings Founder, Chairman and CEO, personally matched $300,000 in contributions.
