During June, Orlando home prices and sales jumped once again, while the number of homes for sale fell 14 percent compared to the same time last year. The annual median price of a home in Orlando in June was $222,500, which is up more than 7-percent compared to last June. A total of 3,837 homes sold during the month, an increase of more than 8 percent compared to June 2016. Of the homes sold in June, __ percent went under contract in 7 days or less. Orlando homebuyers continue to be challenged by the limited inventory of homes for sale. Only 9,141 homes are currently available for sale, which equates to a 2.4-month supply of homes in Orlando for June.
