We’re flashing back to when Ben was recently named a Diamond level Top Producer and was honored on stage at the April 11, 2022, Awards Event!
There is a total of 177 Diamond level top producers, which means that his production numbers are in the top 1% of ORRA members!
ORRA’s “Top Producer” Criteria:
• Total Volume Info must already be in MLS to count
• Data is pulled between Jan. 1, 2021 through Dec. 31, 2021
• Top Producer must be a member in good standing, no ethics violations
• Top Producer must be a Primary ORRA Member
This year, ORRA seeks to honor its top producing members by using the following categories for Total Volume sales, according to MLA:
1. Silver: Total Volume between $5 – 10 Million – Notified by email; verbal recognition at Awards event, celebrated with digital certificate and digital token to use on social media/emails.
2. Gold: Total Volume between $10 – 20 Million – Notified by email; verbal recognition at Awards event, celebrated with digital certificate and digital token to use on social media/emails.
3. Diamond: Total Volume between $20 + Million – Notified by email; verbal and stage recognition at Awards event, will receive physical certificate and be provided digital token to use on social media/emails.
