I am Melanie Bello. I was born and raised in the Philippines but moved to the United States at the beginning of the millennium with my heart set on creating a newfound life. 

I arrived in South Florida, and my first home was in Boca Raton. Over the years, I would make my way north living in Boynton Beach, Vero Beach, and most recently, Melbourne. After having a beautiful baby girl, my husband and I set out to find our forever home and fell in love with Oviedo. 

Oviedo is very quaint with a hometown feel, yet close enough to Orlando making exploring all possibilities endless. As part of Seminole County, we are truly blessed with the best schools and numerous family-friendly outdoor parks including over twenty miles of nature trails. When we are up for a greater adventure, we are just minutes from major highways with a direct route to the most visited vacation spot in the world with a multitude of theme parks and attractions.

My dedication and professionalism stem back to my former career in Hospitality. Upon graduating from university, I began working for Hilton Hotels. Within one year of working tirelessly - sometimes for up to sixteen hours, I was given the opportunity to become a manager at one of the Hilton brand hotels, rated as Top 2 in the nation, at that time. 

For over twenty years, my passion has been serving people from all walks of life - and remains my passion to this day! I get the greatest feeling making people happy by ensuring I serve my clients to the best of my ability. I have a huge heart for the families I find homes for through my natural ambition, and determination to make a positive impact on their lives.

After an incredible experience over two decades, I met my soulmate and we decided to start a family; my priorities began to shift. That is when I found my place in the world of real estate. It was truly an epiphany to find a new career that I could continue serving people. It was one of the best decisions I made and allows me to guide families in making one of the biggest financial investments of their life.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, hosting dinner parties and preparing gourmet meals for everyone. My family loves taking road trips, whether it be a weekend getaway or a cross-country tour; we generally do this every year during the holidays. We also love to travel, see new places and try different cuisines.
