I am Matthew Pagan, a Florida native from the beautiful community of the Brandon/Valrico area just outside of Tampa where I currently reside. I am the oldest of five (5) siblings, and a father of one (1) amazing daughter. My daughter and I are very close, and often enjoy car karaoke sessions together while driving around town.

My background is primarily within hospitality, team leadership, management, fitness coaching, and entrepreneurship. Throughout my professional career, I have learned the value of hard work, being efficient in solving problems and the importance of superior customer service.

I have always been interested in real estate and home improvement by way of television shows I watched with my mother when I was younger. I also became further intrigued by the homebuilding process having seen our house plan be drawn up in addition to the construction of our family’s first custom built home in 1996. The older I became, I further understood the value of investing in real estate, and bought my first home in Gainesville, FL, at the age of 20, keeping the property as a rental since 2007. After having a conversation with a co-worker who shared similar sentiments as I did in becoming a licensed realtor, I decided it was time to take the leap and focus on honing my career in real estate.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy DIY projects, theatre, music, weightlifting, cycling, traveling, and spending quality time at the beach with my friends and family.
