I am Devin Boilard. I hail from the great state of Maine where I grew up enjoying the beautiful midcoastal region. I originally attended college in Washington D.C. before transferring to the University of Maine at Farmington where I earned a bachelor's degree in secondary education with a focus in history. 

Presently, I live with my partner, Sam, a talented architect, and our beautiful cockapoo Huebert at Laureate Park in Lake Nona. Laureate Park is where I got first-hand experience with the home building process, and it is a dream location to call home. Laureate Park has a modern and clean aesthetic of homes and businesses, within proximity of luxury venues and eateries, and its selection of high-end amenities make it an Orlando hot spot.

Prior to real estate, I was employed in the field of education for 8 years. At first, I taught in South Korea (where I lived for 3 years), before relocating to Orlando 6 years ago. Upon my first-year teaching in Orlando, I was selected as teacher of the year at Gotha Middle School. My educational background serves as one of my greatest assets to anyone looking to purchase their first home or is relocating and unfamiliar with Florida’s real estate laws and procedures. 

After joining my parents on the hunt for our home as a teenager, I was immediately hooked on a love for real estate. I am excited to help both buyers and sellers on one of the largest financial transactions of their life and be there during every step of the way. I have a keen level of organization and my number one goal is to keep a smile on your face during this journey and to make sure the champagne is ready to pop in celebration! It is also my promise to communicate effectively to make the process transparent and help alleviate any anxieties that may arise. I am also a savant when it comes to expertly staging a home to get you top dollar on your sale. Additionally, I have a penchant for cleaning, and organizing homes which I find to be immensely rewarding.

Outside of real estate, I am an accomplished runner, having competed in over 100 races, including 2 full marathons. I enjoy visiting the epic springs of Central Florida, and I am an avid traveler, having visited over 20 countries. I am thrilled to serve within a career that allows me to incorporate my lifelong love of architecture and design along with my passion for helping others, and I am ecstatic to be of service and make your real estate dreams come true!
