Hi, I am Rodney Melendez, I moved from New York to Central Florida in 1995 and began my first career in outside sales with Westinghouse Security. Soon after, I was recognized as a national top 10 producer, within a company having 51 branches throughout the United States.

I quickly discovered that mastering the ability to network and build strong relationships, trust, and a solid referral base, contributed to my success throughout the years. In 2003, I started my own low voltage company, which I expanded to cover and service major cities throughout Florida, with clients ranging from local residential customers to fortune 500 companies.

As a business owner, and working with thousands of homeowners throughout Central Florida, my passion for real estate moved me to achieve another personal goal; curate a space within the real estate industry and help buyers, sellers and investors be a part of the American dream.
