I am Michelle Nungesser, originally from Oakland, California, but moved to Orlando when I was three (3) months old. Presently, I live in Oviedo, and I adore its small-town ambiance. I love that I can hear roosters crowing around me and that there are chickens running loose in downtown Oviedo.

Growing up, my mother worked as a legal secretary in the real estate business, as a result, I was able to form a unique perspective in understanding how everything worked. Prior to starting my career in real estate, I was a legal secretary/office manager and a medical transcriptionist. These experiences made me adaptable to a variety of situations during the contract-to-close period and prepared me to deal with the diversified culture that we have present throughout Central Florida.

I took some time off while my youngest daughter went to school. After her graduation, I started mapping out the next trajectory of my career. A friend of mine subsequently introduced me to being a transaction coordinator on her real estate team. Through this opportunity, I was able to combine my love of customer service while helping shape the homebuying experiences of our clients to the best of my ability.

Currently, I am married to my best friend of 34 years, and we have raised our two (2) beautiful daughters for the last 23 years together in Oviedo. We also have two (2) border collies, Dexter and Moya, our family’s “fur babies.”

Outside of work, you can find me in my sewing room; I love quilting. My other hobbies include crocheting, scrapbooking, and spending quality time with my family and friends.
