I am Kilisitina Ho Ching, a Tongan- Hawaiian born and raised in Orlando. Due in part to my family’s entertainment business, I have lived in numerous parts of Central Florida, including Meadow Woods, Windermere, and currently Davenport.
My favorite things about living in Florida would be the ease of access to the theme parks, the warm weather, and the many activities that allow me to spend time with my family. I graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and have been married nearly nine (9) years to my incredible husband and we have four (4) amazing children.
By growing up in the Polynesian entertainment business, I was able to perform and interact with the guests who attended daily. I learned from an early age the importance of providing top-notch customer service, and the level of professionalism that needs to accompany it to be successful. Through my time in the entertainment business, I grew an affinity for people, and helping others. It brought me no greater joy than working with my family, and seeing the guests have fun while sharing our culture with them simultaneously.
Shortly after getting married, we moved to Provo, Utah for a few years. I worked with JetBlue Reservations in Salt Lake City and DailyPacer, a college lead generation company. Upon moving back to Florida, I began learning about real estate investing and quickly fell in love, subsequently deciding to become a real estate agent. I aspire to help others achieve their real estate dreams, while educating them along the way. By learning how to create capital through property ownership, I am confident it will foster the creation of generational wealth as we all strive for financial freedom.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family and creating memories together by exploring all that Florida has to offer.
