I am Katie Pajkuric. I was raised in South Florida but ventured to Central Florida in 2014 hoping to launch a career in the beauty industry. Throughout the years, I was able to build a strong network of connections “behind the chair” at one of the most luxurious barber shops in Winter Park while educating future cosmetology professionals at Paul Mitchell The School Orlando.

I always held an interest in houses and architecture, and as that curiosity continued to grow, it led me to pursuing a career in real estate. After honing my customer service and interpersonal communication skills, I confidently represent my clients by educating and empowering them throughout every step of their real estate journey.

As a self-motivated real estate agent, I pride myself on my keen attention to detail, and my ability to help my clients navigate the complexities of a competitive real estate market by providing support and peace of mind.

Being a member of the National Realtor Association, I use quality information and market insight, allowing my clients to make informed decisions. Helping buyers find their dream home, guiding sellers to market their property for top dollar and educating investors on ways to increase their financial portfolio is a passion I get to live each day and do not take it for granted. Outside of real estate, I am a barber and have my own podcast. I also own six (6) furry family members, enjoy yoga, meditation, remodeling homes, fixing cars, and spending quality time with my friends and family.
